Who we are

ExamRoo (examroo.com) is an independent study site operated from Canada. It is not affiliated with any regulator, road authority or training provider.

Ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the question wording, answer explanations, the way tests and cheat sheets are selected and arranged, page text, design and code on ExamRoo are owned by us. All rights reserved.

What is not ours

Laws, rules, fees and other facts belong to no one. Where we adapt material published by governments or others under a Creative Commons licence, we credit the publisher on the test page, and that material stays available under its own licence. Handbook titles and regulator names are used only to say what a test is based on. See Sources and licences.

What you can do

Use ExamRoo free for your own study. Link to any page. Quote a short extract with credit and a link to the page. Do anything else the law allows, such as fair dealing for study, review or criticism.

What you cannot do without our written permission

Scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download ExamRoo, including its question banks. Copy or republish our question banks, explanations or cheat sheets. Use ExamRoo content to train or fine-tune AI models, or to build datasets, apps or products, including competing ones. Strip credits or pass our content off as yours. This does not limit any rights you have under a Creative Commons licence for the material it covers.

Automated access

Our robots.txt applies. Search engines are welcome. Other automated access needs our written permission. We may block or rate-limit any traffic we think is automated or abusive, without notice.

Asking permission

Write to contact@examroo.com or use the contact page. Say who you are, what you want to use and why. Permission is only valid if given in writing.

No warranty

ExamRoo is practice material only. It is not official, is not endorsed by any regulator, and does not guarantee you will pass. It is not legal, safety or professional advice. Rules change, so check the official source before you act. We try to be accurate but give no warranty of it, except where Australian Consumer Law gives you rights we cannot exclude.

Changes

We may change or remove content and these terms at any time.
